Camouflage in the wild :

Animals are hiding in plain sight all around you! That's because they need to hide from predators and danger in order to survive. Our games will sharpen your "animal vision" and allow you to better appreciate the many animals that surround you.

Most animals have developed some sort of natural camouflage that helps them find food and avoid attack. In nature, animals need every advantage they can get to insure their survival. The specific nature of this camouflage varies considerably from animal to animal.

However, for most animals, "blending in" is the most effective approach. Examples include the "earth tones" of deer, squirrels, or moles (to match trees or dirt), or the combination of blue skin and white underbelly of sharks (which makes them difficult to detect from both above and below).

By playing our 15 hidden animal games you will develop a much better understanding of animal camouflage. You will also be able to improve your perception of animals.
